Do you manage your data centres, and where are they located?
Yes, we manage our data centres in two regions across the United States (Central) and Asia (Singapore, KL, and South Korea).
Demand and need for our cloud hosting services keep growing, so we plan on opening more data centres in more regions worldwide.
How can I contact your support in case of an inquiry?

Billing-related Questions
What payment methods are available?
We offer credit card methods, and the first payment after you have submitted an order has to be done manually. Please use the payment information provided after the order process. Once you have access to the Customer Control Panel, you can manage your payment methods and send manual payments conveniently.
Can I change the currency of my account?
Yes, that is possible.

How do I get access to the API?
We support API service access based on the AWS S3 protocol. GHCloud's own API services or tools are currently under development; please be patient.
